Terms & Conditions - Flashify Event Content Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flashify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Flashify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Description

Flashify provides instant content creation services including but not limited to video recording, editing, and delivery of reels for events. Our services are performed by trained creators using professional equipment to deliver high-quality content within the agreed timeframe.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require advance confirmation through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. GST is applicable on all services as per government regulations.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Content Ownership

Clients receive full ownership of both the final edited reels and raw footage. Flashify retains the right to use portions of the content for portfolio purposes, marketing materials, and social media promotion unless explicitly declined by the client in writing.

6. Revisions and Deliverables

Each package includes a specified number of revisions as detailed in the pricing. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Deliverables will be provided in standard social media formats unless otherwise specified.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate event details, ensure proper access to the venue, and obtain necessary permissions for recording. The client is responsible for ensuring that all individuals being recorded have consented to being filmed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flashify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

Flashify shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or equipment failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
