At Flashify, we strive to deliver exceptional content that exceeds your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request:

Full refund (100%) - No questions asked

24-48

24-48 Hours Before Event

Partial refund (50%) - Covers preparation costs

Less Than 24 Hours

No refund - Creator already assigned and resources allocated

3. Service Quality Issues

If you're unsatisfied with the quality of delivered content, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your deliverables
  • Step 2: Provide specific feedback on what doesn't meet expectations
  • Step 3: Allow us to address concerns through revisions (included in your package)
  • Step 4: If issues persist after revisions, partial refunds may be considered

4. Non-Delivery Scenarios

Full refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Creator fails to arrive at the scheduled event
  • Complete technical failure resulting in no deliverables
  • Event cancellation by Flashify (due to unforeseen circumstances)
  • Double booking error on our end

5. Rescheduling Policy

Need to reschedule instead of cancel? We've got you covered:

  • 24+ hours notice: Free rescheduling, subject to availability
  • Less than 24 hours: May incur a rescheduling fee of 15% of booking value
  • Multiple reschedules: After 2 reschedules, standard cancellation policy applies

6. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation once processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
